Residential building of eight floors, with 80 apartments and underground parking. The building is located in Tel Aviv city center. The building is designed around green inner courtyard which adds light and air to the apartments and serves as a meeting place. on the ground floor there are amenities provided to residents, including a gym, spa, and residents' club. Layered facades provide shading and privacy on the on hand, while maintaining transparency and lightness on the other.
